unless the item is proven defective or the wrong item is shipped. To replace a defective or wrong shipped item
a picture of both item and proof of purchase is required for a merchandise refund credit. We do not refund, funds for products not sold
damages: In case of pilferage or losses during the transportation, claims must be reported directly to the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Seller’s liability hereunder shall not be greater in amount than the purchase price of the shipment of the product in respect of which damages are claimed. In no event shall seller be liable for incidental, consequen- tial, special, indirect or punitive damage.
