
RETURN POLICY
MARVELLÍSSIMA’S NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY
NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY - No returns or exchanges accepted. Once a purchase is made, the customer cannot return the item for a refund or exchange for another item, unless the item is proven defective or the wrong item is shipped.
DAMAGES OR INCORRECT ITEMS - To replace a defective or wrong shipped item please contact us within 2-3 days of delivery at support@marvellissima.com with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase is required for merchandise refund credit
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
- We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM - To return an item
- Email us at support@marvellissima.com within 2 - 3 days
- Include your order number, reason for return, and product photos
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
REFUND Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you o the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will
be issued the original payment method within 7 - 10 S business days
NOTA BENE - Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds may take additional time to appear, contingent on your bank or card provider
CANCELLATION - sales transaction comes about by request for quotation by a buyer and the submission of a Proforma Invoice with FOB values. Upon the acceptance of our FOB quotation a final Proforma invoice with CIF values is issued requesting the buyer to email back said Proforma invoice marked “ACCEPTED”
Almost every materials in our industry comes from multiple other states, requires payment up fronting order to source. Once it is ordered, there is no returning it. Please order carefully read and then email back your order to us to ensure accuracy, given that once your order is prepaid and placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.
PILFERAGE OR LOSSES - In case of pilferage or losses during the transportation, claims must be reported directly to the carrier immediately for a damage inspection and claim for reimbursement.
