HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE
To add items to your Shopping Cart, simply click on "Add to Cart" for the item you wish to purchase.
To remove an item, go to your Shopping Cart and select “Remove”.
To change the quantity of items, go to your Shopping Cart and change the number in the box under the “Quantity" column. Marvellíssima-Diversite.com offers FREE STANDARD 3 DAY SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $7.95 for Standard 3 Day shipping. Gift Card purchases ship separately from merchandise and do not apply to the $75.00 minimum for free shipping. Gift Cards always ship FREE and arrive in 3-5 business days with USPS shipping.

For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico we offer USPS (Priority), 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. Orders $75 and over will be shipped free of charge with USPS Priority.
DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESS
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
CAN I TRACK STATUS OF MY ONLINE ORDER?
Yes, just click on “Account,” and sign in to check the status of your most recent order history. Click on the order number for the shipment that you would like to track and a detailed order information page will be displayed. A tracking number is located to the right of the ship-to address and under the shipping method. Click on this number to view detailed tracking information, including the estimated date of delivery.
HOW DO I SELECT MY SHIPPING & PACKAGING?
Upon entering the "ship to" addresses, select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection. You have the option of no gift packaging (products are delivered in a durable cardboard box, our signature terra-cotta and lapiz-lazuli gift box ($5.50 per order or a black nylon satchel with a red cord drawstring ($3.00 per order). Just select the option that best fits your needs.
To select gift packaging options or to add a personalized gift message on the packing slip, click “EDIT” in Step 2, Shipping Options at Checkout. Prices are NOT included in the packing slip for gift orders.

WHAT If I FORGET MY PASSWORD, OR NEED TO RESET
If you forget your username password, you will need to reset it. To do this, click on the link at any location where you log in.
a. After clicking the link, proceed by entering your email address that is on file with Marvellissima.com and submit the form. Please submit the form only once and wait for the password reset email to be sent to you.
b. If you have not received the email after 15 minutes, please verify you entered your email address correctly and submit the form again. If you do not have a Marvellissima.com account, one can be created by clicking Create An Account.
c. Once you have received the reset password email, proceed by clicking the link in the email. If you have reset your password multiple times you must use the link in the most recent email.
d. Once you are on the reset password page, enter a new, valid password.
HOW DO I SHOP AND ADD PRODUCTS TO MY SHOPPING CART?
a. Enter the quantity of a product you wish to purchase and click “Add to Shopping Cart” Icon. To view, the contents of your Shopping Cart click on "View Cart" at the top of the page.
b. Access the “shopping Cart” any time by clicking the “Shopping Cart” icon at the top right of every page. Feel free to modify quantities and add or delete items.
c. When you are ready to check out, click on “View Shopping Cart” icon by either logging in using your email and password that was created or create a new account. Review the shipping and billing information then click “Continue”. Review the items and quantities in your cart and Click. After submitting your order, you will receive an email order confirmation
d. If you are not currently registered on our site, you may either create an account or proceed to checkout by selecting guest checkout. You will have an opportunity to create an account once you have completed your order.
e. Once your order is processed, you will see a confirmation page letting you know your order number and that it has been received. In addition, you will receive 2 emails: (1) the first email will confirm your order and the (2) will confirm your shipment.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
The carrier will be determined by the service available on your "ship to" location and the method of delivery (Standard, Expedited or Next Day) you select. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier, and a tracking number. You will also be notified by email when your purchase has been delivered.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Please note that we can cancel your order only once we receive your request prior to shipment Once your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled however, it can be returned to our Return Center.

Payment is by Wire Transfer by JPMorgan Chase Bank, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We are unable to accept debit cards and Corporate card at this time.
The client is responsible for all duties, taxes, and freight. COD payment option is not accepted at this time During the checkout process step. you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.
Only one promotional offer code can be used towards an order. Promotional offer code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit.
If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code at this time. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket on the Order Confirm page.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
As soon as you have successfully placed your order with Marvellissima- Diversite.com, you will receive an email with information regarding the details of your purchase. The order confirmation email is your receipt. The order confirmation email includes your order number, the same number that appeared on our website after successful submission of your order, details of the products, corresponding prices, any credits or promotional discounts, taxes and shipping charges if applicable. your shipping and billing to information and shipping method are stated.
DOES MARVELLISSIMA HAVE A BACK-ORDER SYSTEM?
Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock. We recommend that you add the item that you want into your Shopping List and review your Shopping List regularly to check which items are back in stock. We do not have a backorder system.

Sales tax are not charged on shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
WHAT IS MARVELLISSIMA’S RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If you are not completely satisfied with a Marvellíssima purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies.
Products must be returned in new or gently used condition. Marvellíssima monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges with or without a receipt.
Purchases can be returned for FREE (no return shipping or handling fees) by mail if you use our pre-paid return shipping label. We are not able to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be processed if sent by mail. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
When you return your purchase by mail and we receive your item within 30 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account.
If we receive your item by mail within 30 days of purchase, or if your item was paid for with a Marvellíssima gift card, online store credit or your PayPal account and we receive it by mail within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online store credit for the item which may be redeemed at marvellíssima.com.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges when you return online purchases.
HOW DO I RETURN MARVELLÍSSIMA PRODUCTS BY MAIL?
1. Fill out both sides of the Return Form attached to the Order Summary and include the Return Form with your items. Include your name, e-mail address, and phone number.
2. Package your return item in the Marvellíssima product box and packaging (if available). Otherwise, pack in a well-padded envelope or box to prevent damage
3. Print the Prepaid Return label from www.Marvellíssima-Diversite.com/ returnable and mail via United States Postal Service

WHAT DO I DO IF I DO NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your delivery is late, you must inform the Marvellíssima customer service department as soon as possible, by e-mail. Marvellíssima shall then contact its authorized carrier to initiate an inquiry. Inquiries may take two weeks to process from the day of the complaint. Upon receipt of products ordered, buyer must check that the products are compliant. Any delivery missing or broken products, parcels damaged, etc. must be noted in writing by the client on the delivery slip presented by the courier alongside a signature.
The client must also notify the Marvellíssima customer service department by e-mail sent to service@Marvellíssima.com specifying the nature of the problem. If the tracking for your parcel shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, you should check if an attempted delivery notice has been left in your letterbox or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery, or to arrange collection of the parcel. Use the delivery confirmation and tracking number sent by email to contact the carrier. You can also contact our Customer Services Department to obtain confirmation of shipping.
HOW DO I REVIEW AND RATE MY PRODUCTS
Use our Ratings & Reviews to voice your opinions about the product(s) you have tried and purchased. There is a five-star rating scale for each product. One star is the lowest and five stars are the highest. Click on the star you wish to select your rating.

If you are a new customer and have not shopped or reviewed with us before, you will need to register by providing your e-mail address (login) and creating a password, before being able to rate products and write reviews. WHAT IS MY WISH LIST?
My Wishlist is designed to save selected products to a specific area on the Marvellissima.com website until you are ready to buy them. If you are not yet a customer, you may create a wishlist account to save your shopping cart contents for whenever you return.
a. Add products: to your Wishlist, by clicking the “Add to Wishlist “button” for any product(s) on the page you are viewing, and wish you could buy. HOW DO I MAKE MY WISHLIST AVAILABLE TO OTHERS
Your Wishlist is only “saved” once you create/log in to your account. Therefore, you are the only one that can see it. However, you can email your Wishlist to anyone by visiting the “My Wishlist” main page, entering their email address into the “send your Wishlist to a friend’ box, and click the email envelope. View by clicking on the “View My Wishlist” button (next to the Shopping Cart icon) in the top navigation bar.
