Dual-ended brow Powder Liner Pencil creates a soft line that adds, shape and color to sparse brows. Sponge tip blends and diffuses high pigment color. Contains natural waxes to increase pliability.

Application of Powder Liner Pencil

Staring at the nose bridge, following the direction of your brow line, apply the shade closest to natural lash color over, and under the brow. Use sponge tip to blends and diffuse color.
